What about TicinoVillellaDuo?

TicinoVillellaDuo project starts in 2001. His expressive channel has source on the fusion of several musical experiences of his components, Agostino Maria Ticino e Luigi Villella. The live sessions are very important: by live, TicinoVillellaDuo produces preludi (1-6), studi (1_6), portrait in elettronica (till2012 records) and pigneto cospiracy (featuring D'Arcangelo Bros - rephlex - for till2012 records too).
Music produced has got a very particular style and an always different structur. The Duo studies deeply the tunes and the dynamic process of his musical develop: preferring a 130 bpm beat, the Duo expresses an own language, with mood tipically ambient and with a melodic electronic flavour, altought by minimal - sometimes breakbeat - takes. Live set starts from issues between dark atmosphere, minor tunes and heavy lines, and goes toward great opening with sunny sounds.
Year by year, the Duo played in very important live contest, like VENEZIA (party vernissage of Biennale dell'architettura 2008); ROMA (Brancaleone - Octave one/Joris Voorn - Qube, Loft - Egyptian lovers -, ex manicomio, white night of Sapienza, Locanda Atlantide, Intifada, OffiCine Pigneto, Neo club - Mike Parker/Donato Dozzy/Mark August -, Saponeria, lago di Bracciano, Corti and cigarett - short movie festival Fandango -, Blow club, le Rune, Notti insolite, csoa Corto circuito; PERUGIA (ex mattatoio, 101, arcigay, Loop club), ANCONA/ MACERATA (Juno', Spark, Miss Baloo, music fest 2005 piazza Cavour, Tolentino white night 2007, Artika festival, Vita vita festival, Acustimatiq festival, mafmaf festival), BOLOGNA (SestoSenso).
TicinoVillellaDuo's music has been played by several italian radio channels, like Zuppa lo fi by Radio Fujiko Bologna or The Zone FM Roma. TicinoVillellaDuo works with a lot of different indie italian groups too, sometimes producing them (in cas of Aedi or Mad Dogs).

till2012 project is a revolution of concepts, we are 12 artists, no manager, no lawers, we are indipendent, we are singers, designers, journalists, web designers, architects and... we love music, future and technology.
